Portsmouth – Fire Door and Compartmentation Works

We carried out a major fire compartmentation refurbishment of this 8 storey building consisting of some 300 bedrooms. Overall some 700No fire doors were replaced and certified fire stopping undertaken to all ceiling voids and service riser cupboards. In addition the top two floors were upgraded to hotel style accommodation all with ensuites, ready for use by senior ranking Royal Navy  personnel.

Romsey Abbey Church of England Primary School – External Façade and Internal Refurbishment

The replacement of the school hall roof including all rainwater goods , high level cladding and rerouting of electrical services under an NEC 4 contract providing assistance to the Client’s team with design and strategic execution to ensure all works are completed within the given timeframe and ready for the school to reopen for the new academic year.

Portsmouth – No’s 1-8 Long Row, The Parade (Buildings 1-125 to 1-132 – Grade II Listed Buildings):

We have carried out the stabilisation and refurbishment of eight Grade II Listed town houses.

Portsmouth, Victory Building – Window Replacement & Internal Refurbishment

The project consisted of the removal of all blinds and existing crittal windows in readiness for the installation of all new aluminium windows including internal glazed partitions and external fire doors. Upon completion of the installation, all walls internally were made good. This building is the main office and home for key personnel which remained a live environment during our works.

The Old Naval Academy (Grade II Listed Building)

The Old Naval Academy was built in 1729-32 in Portsmouth Dockyard to train officers for the Royal Navy. The building was extensively remodelled in 1808 and bomb damaged in 1941. The building is 3 storeys with basement. Hipped slate roof with brick stacks. This building is Grade 2* listed. We completed full stabilisation and roof repairs due to water damage, and a complete strip out and water tank removal, this building also required asbestos removal.
