We have been delivering projects in the Defence sector for over 5 years, from small general building repairs to complete building refurbishments and restorations. We have also worked closely with Heritage in the Portsmouth Naval Base assisting with restoration of many of their listed buildings.
We carry out on average 80 smaller maintenance projects per year, along with this we have a reactive repair team on call who can carry out in excess of 100 jobs per year on average, this can include call outs to be able to temporarily fix issues in emergencies.

We have carried out projects ranging from The Victory Building, HMNB Portsmouth where we replaced all external windows in this occupied office building.
We have carried out works on Grade II listed buildings, The Parade, 1-8 Long Row, HMNB Portsmouth with a complete external which included the roof, and internal including decorations.
As well as the larger projects we also have our Reactive Repair & Maintenance Team on hand at all times to carry out works from roof repairs to re-glazing windows to painting hazard markings and bollards on the waterside.

We have a team of highly motivated and skilled people in our workforce, which include skilled operatives in plumbing, carpentry, flooring & landscaping. All of our workforce is DBS checked and have been through a rigorous clearance process and are all currently authorised to work in HMNB Portsmouth. We currently have various levels of security clearance ranging from basic to SC cleared which lasts for 10 years.
